Project Vigyan Darshan – IKS Internship Program (2026)

The Vigyan Darshan Research Organization (VDRO), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, is inviting applications for the IKS Internship Program 2026. This program aims to engage students and researchers in exploring traditional knowledge systems of ancient India, with a focus on scientific and philosophical perspectives embedded in Indian heritage.

Under this initiative, VDRO is hiring 16 interns who will work on the Project Vigyan Darshan. The internship provides an opportunity for students to participate in structured research and academic activities associated with a project aligned with the Ministry of Education. Selected interns will gain valuable exposure to interdisciplinary research combining traditional knowledge with modern academic approaches.

Internship Duration:
6 Months

Stipend:
₹10,000 per month (as per Ministry of Education guidelines)

Certification:
After successful completion of the internship program, interns will receive an official certificate from the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, and VDRO.

About the Internship

This internship program is specially designed for students pursuing Graduation or Post-Graduation who are interested in research related to Indian knowledge traditions and scientific heritage. The program provides an excellent opportunity to work under a structured academic environment where interns will contribute to research, documentation, and knowledge dissemination.

Participants will work on analyzing and documenting traditional measuring systems used in ancient India, exploring their relevance in various fields such as mathematics, physics, philosophy, and geography.
